We here at Shockwave-sound.com don't actually deal with any credit card payments. We offer payment via three different payment processing companies: Paypal, 2Checkout, and Worldpay. Each of these are companies that simply take money from the customer, and then hands the money to us later. We here at Shockwave-Sound.com never deal with credit cards, we never get to see credit card numbers, and we have no say in which cards are accepted or rejected by Paypal, 2Checkout and Worldpay.
Our advice is, if you're having problems getting one of these companies to accept your credit card, then try one of the others. When you're at our Checkout page, you can choose to pay via Paypal, 2Checkout or Worldpay. Sometimes, for example, Paypal won't accept a credit card, but 2Checkout will.
Most people know about Paypal, but 2Checkout and Worldpay are not everyday household names. 2Checkout and Worldpay do not operate with "accounts". They simply charge the customer's credit card and pay us at the end of each week (after keeping a percentage to themselves). No user account is required.
Please note that 2Checkout is a U.S. company and Worldpay is a UK (British) company. If you have a U.S. issued credit card that does not work outside the USA, then you won't be able to use Worldpay. Use Paypal or 2Checkout instead.
If neither Paypal, 2Checkout or Worldpay will accept your credit card, then you may want to call your bank / credit card issuer and tell them that three different companies are refusing to accept your credit card online. You may have triggered some kind of temporary lockdown on your card. This is usually solved quite easily by calling your bank.
