There are essentially three ways to get to your download after placing an order:
- As part of the checkout process, after you have paid via Paypal, 2Checkout or Worldpay, you will see a link on screen: "Return to Lynne Publishing" or "Return to the merchant". This link takes you directly to the pickup page (download page) for your order.
- Additionally, an email is automatically sent out to the email address that you input on our order form, as soon as you complete payment. This email has the subject Your Shockwave-Sound.com Order Is Ready and it contains a link to the pickup page (download page) for your order. This email is sent out instantly, but depending on network traffic both on our outgoing server, and on your incoming server (especially on slow/overloaded email services like Yahoo), it may take up to 30 minutes to arrive.
- If you still do not have your download link, please go to the [My Orders] page. Here you can input your email address and our server will automatically send out an email with a link back to a special page on our site that lists all the orders placed under that email address. From there you can click on the order number, which will take you to the pick-up page (download page) for that order.
